Followbacks, Activity, and Queue

Last updated on Apr 16, 2025

These three sections give you a behind-the-scenes view of how your growth is going and what Kenji is working on. You’ll see which targets are doing well, how people are responding, and what’s coming up next.

Followbacks

Here’s where you see which users followed you back and from which targets they came.

The data updates with a slight delay. Usually, you’ll see numbers update a couple of days after Kenji follows someone. That’s because we wait to see who actually returns the follow before unfollowing.

A followback rate above 10% is solid. If you’re seeing 6 or 7 percent, that can still improve over time. Anything below 5 percent? Probably time to swap out that target for something more relevant.

Changing out weak targets helps keep your results moving in the right direction.

Activity

This tab logs everything Kenji has done for you, organized by each target. You can check follow and unfollow actions, when they happened, and how a specific target is performing.

It’s a helpful spot when you’re testing new strategies or trying to figure out if a target type (like influencers or small brands) is working better than others.

Queue

The Queue shows which accounts are next in line to be followed or unfollowed. You don’t need to micromanage this section, but if you ever want to make quick changes, it’s good to know it’s there.

Removing someone from the queue immediately brings in a new user from the same target. If you delete a target entirely, users already in the queue will still be processed unless you take them out manually.

Final Note

You don’t need to check these tabs every day. But when you want to clean up your target list, test something new, or figure out why results slowed down, this is where to look. A quick review now and then can make a big difference
